Introducing ALPAKKA SILKE, a luxurious blend of 70% baby alpaca and 30% mulberry silk, is epitome of softness and comfort. The combination of the silky smoothness of mulberry silk and the softness of baby alpaca creates a fabric that is gentle and cool against the skin, making it the perfect choice for baby clothes and accessories.

Baby alpaca is not fiber from cute little alpaca babies; it’s the term used for alpaca fiber between 20-23 microns (micrometers) and is one of the finest and softest alpaca grades used for hand-knitting yarn.

Description

Gradually the yoke is knitted together at the neck, and it is worked around with cast-offs. Finally, an i-cord border is knitted along the neckline.
