This is a collaboration between Sandnes Garn and Tiril Eckhoff. Based on this cooperation, this pattern is only sold with yarn for the whole garment and in the yarn used in the pattern.

The pattern (which in includes instructions for all 3 garments), is provided as a PDF. The price for the pattern is included in the cost of this kit.

Our warm-weather best seller, Line, is a unique blend of fibers that offers a beautiful balance of texture, softness, and durability. Made from 53% cotton, 33% viscose, and 14% linen, this yarn combines the best of all three fibers to create a luxurious product that is incredibly soft but still looks like linen with a beautiful drape.

Running length per 50gr skein = about 110 meters/120 yds.
Swatch shows 20 stitches per 10 cm (4").

The garment must be washed separately.

Line and Tynn Line are the same yarn in two different thicknesses - Line is a 4-ply yarn and Tynn Line is a 3-ply yarn.

Description

Work shorts with St-st in rnds from waist down. Cast on provisional. Work waist band, fold it double and knit sts tog with sts from the provisional cast on.

Stitch at middle front and middle back = marked sts and worked as rib-stitch (rib-st) for a nice outline.

Inc sts evenly spaced, and work turning rows with GSM for extra height at back. Inc for legs, and inc for gusset at each side of marked sts.
Divide work, cont with legs and finish with i-cord edging.
