Welcome to the icons of autumn! We’ve gathered beloved classic patterns such as Marius and Setesdal — designs that have kept generations warm. The Marius sweater comes in two versions for women: one with a straight body and one with a flared shape. The Setesdal cardigan can be knitted with or without the small pattern dots (“lus”) on the body and sleeves — choose whichever you prefer. Blome is a lesser-known design, originally called Jumper 1616S. Astrid is another treasure from the archives. There are many color possibilities here — we hope you’ll be inspired to knit it as shown or create your own version. What all the patterns have in common is that they can be worked both from the top down and from the bottom up.
