Description

Tynn Silk Mohair, one of our bestsellers, is the epitome of luxury and comfort. The unique combination of three premium fibers – mohair, wool, and silk – creates a yarn that is both soft and strong.

Mohair, taken from the Angora goat, provides the yarn with its silky-smooth and curly fibers, giving the yarn its luxurious texture. The wool fibers add volume and resilience, while the silk adds strength and shine. The result is a yarn that is perfect for a variety of applications, from delicate shawls to warm winter garments.

The yarn is thin and goes a long way. If you knit with Tynn Silk Mohair using one or more strands, you will get a light, airy and luxurious garment. If you use Tynn Silk Mohair as an accompanying strand together with other yarns, you will get an exciting result and good hold in any garment.

Nice yarn to work with, very soft, and great mohair!

  5. Lara Booth (verified owner)

This mohair is cool! It feels a little more substantial than usual due to the small wool content. I’m holding Orange with That Orange Feeling in Sunday and they blend together really nicely to make a warm, orangey red 🙂
