Katrinkles Eclipse Moon Stitch Marker Set

Are you as excited as we are for the solar eclipse coming up on April 8? It’s expected to be even longer and more dramatic than the last total eclipse back in 2017!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, Katrinkles created a special Eclipse Stitch Marker Set that depicts the trajectory of the moon as it passes between the earth and our system’s central star, from the full golden face of the sun to the deep black of the total eclipse. But unlike the actual eclipse, this set of six sparkling acrylic markers is safe to stare at – a good thing, because your knitting friends aren’t going to be able to take their eyes off them!

The stainless steel rings have a 9.5mm inner diameter. They are big enough to fit over size 11 needles but not so big that they’re uncomfortable to use on smaller knitting.

The combination of the silky smoothness of mulberry silk and the softness of baby alpaca creates a fabric that is gentle and cool against the skin, making it the perfect choice for baby clothes and accessories.

Baby alpaca is not fiber from cute little alpaca babies; it’s the term used for alpaca fiber between 20-23 microns (micrometers) and is one of the finest and softest alpaca grades used for hand-knitting yarn.
