Whether you are a beginner to frame loom weaving, fiber arts, or both, this class is welcome to all! We will be working with texture, form, and pattern to create a collection of painterly fabrics. Be inspired, develop creative authority, and build artistic confidence in this epic new weaving class!

You will learn:
How to start and finish your woven fabric
Countless tapestry weaving techniques
How to turn inspiration into fiber art
Techniques to expand your fabric after it’s off the loom
The fundamentals of art and design

Mandarin Petit – 1 skein 
Malibrigo Rasta – 1 skein
A worsted weight yarn – 1 skein
Plus any additional yarns!

Because this class really benefits from a larger selection of yarn types and colors while requiring less yardage, I recommend we sell inexpensive mini skeins on cardboard bobbins in multitudes of colors in order for the students to use variety within their work, possibly using defective skeins.
