Begin to crochet yoke back and forth with inc for round shape. Divide work for sleeves and skirt. Knit up sts for skirt, work St-st with inc and end with edging. Work edging with St-st from WS, fold double to RS and bind off with crochet hook. Work 1 row sc on slit edge and sew button on.
