Introducing ALPAKKA SILKE, a luxurious blend of 70% baby alpaca and 30% mulberry silk, is epitome of softness and comfort. Baby alpaca is not fiber from cute little alpaca babies; it’s the term used for alpaca fiber between 20-23 microns (micrometers) and is one of the finest and softest alpaca grades used for hand-knitting yarn.
