Alpakka Ull

ALPACA WOOL contains 65% alpaca and 35% wool. This premium quality yarn combines the best of both alpaca and wool to create a fiber that is both light and warm. The alpaca fiber provides the softness and insulation properties, while the wool contributes to the lightness and elasticity of the yarn.

Work cardigan from neck down with double yarn, = Alpakka Ull + 1 strand Tynn Silk Mohair. Begin to cast on sts for the back. Work turning rows to shape deeper back neckline, and at the same time inc sts for shoulder. Cont to knit up sts for left and right side front. Join work by knit up sts on edge of each front for sleeve cap. Inc sts to shape v-neck, sleeves and for armholes, before dividing sts on ndl for sleeves, back and front. Dec sts on each side to shape a shaped waist, and inc sts again on each side. Work sleeves with St-st in rnds. Knit up sts for front band, and work double knit, work pockets and sew on front.
