Socks 101

August 8 @ 1:30 pm 3:00 pm

3 Classes on Aug 8, 15, 22 at 1:30-3:00pm

Socks are such a fun project and you can learn to knit them as well! Many of us here at Mother Knitter love having socks for on-the-go knitting and we hope that after this class you’ll love them as much as we do. Socks in this class will be knit toe-up using the Magic Loop method of circular knitting. You will learn a version of a short-row heel called the Fish Lips Kiss Heel by Sox Therapist Designs. This pattern gives directions on how to make a cardboard cut out of your foot to knit perfect-fitting socks. Students should make this cutout prior to the start of class.
