Seela sweater is a light knit especially great for springtime. It warms you on chilly mornings but breathes on sunny days. It’s knitted top-down in one piece with raglan increases with the raglan “seams” being deeper than usual. It’s knit in the slightly fuzzy Børstet (Brushed) Alpakka give it a cozy look. With the extensive colour options of Børstet Alpakka , everyone can find their own spring favorite!

Needles: US 6 / 4 mm circular needles for ribbing, US 10 / 6 mm needles for Stockinette Stitch.

Notions: 5 stitch markers, tapestry needle, scrap yarn.

Børstet (Brushed) Alpakka × 7

With its airy texture and light weight, Børstet Alpakka is the ideal choice for creating soft and comfortable garments that are perfect for all seasons. The brushed finish gives the yarn a fuzzy texture that adds an extra layer of softness to each stitch, making it a great choice for baby clothes, blankets, scarves, and hats.

96% brushed alpaca and 4% nylon.
Running length per 50 grams = about 110 meters/120 yds
Recommended wool detergent: Mild. The garment must be washed separately.

Swatch shows 16 stitches per 10 cm (4") for size 5 needle; 12 stitches per 10cm for size 7 needle.

Sandnes Garn Knitting Cords Maskewire

These maskewire (Norwegian for 'knit wire') cords from Sandnes Garn are made of soft and hollow plastic, and are great for holding waste yarn stitches!  They are excellent when, for example, knitting from top to bottom to put the sleeve stitches off while you finish knitting the body.

Since the wire is hollow, it is easy to attach it to the tip of the knitting needle and pull the stitches over on the wire. When they are pulled over, it is okay to tie a knot on the wire so that the stitches do not fall off. Attach the tip of the knitting needle to the wire and pull the stitches back on the knitting needle when you are ready to knit the sleeves.

Size Small: Bag with 12 pcs. needle/knitting wire (2mm thick) 100cm. Best suited for needle sizes up to US6/4 mm.

Size Large: Bag with 12 pcs. needle/knitting wire (3mm thick) 100cm. Best suited for needle thickness from US8/5mm to US15/10 mm.
