The cardigan is knitted from the bottom up. The rib is first knitted back and forth, then cast on stitches in the middle of the front, and continue knitting around. Cast on sts mid front on front piece to form neckline, then work pattern back and forth. Knit the sleeves around. It is cut in the middle of the front and at the sides of the sleeves. The sleeves are sewn in and knit stitches mid front to front edges. Finally knit the neck edge. The pattern is centered so that it is the same on each side of the front edges.
