Zippered Pouch: A fun and quick project to learn new skills!

This colorful zippered pouch is worked in one piece, and then folded and seamed to create a knit notions bag. The pattern features simple knit stitches (knit, purl, and slip stitch techniques) to create a beautifully textured, tweed stitch design. Simply seam the sides and insert the zipper to complete. It’s perfect to hold small items, from sewing notions to your next small project!
Required Materials:

a 9″ zipper
US size 7 needles
worsted weight yarn
Skills required: cast on, knit stitch
