Learn to Crochet Granny Squares

This crochet basics class is taught right-handed and is for beginners. Granny squares are a classic foundation for crochet that are the building blocks for projects of all kinds, such as bags, tops, blankets, and more! You will learn the basic granny square construction and several techniques such as how to chain, slip stitch, double crochet, and seam, and you will work on building either a bag or a blanket!
Supplies: At least 1 skein of light-colored dk or worsted weight yarn, US H/5.00mm hook (depending on the yarn chosen). Supplies needed for class must be purchased from Mother Knitter.
