Mother Knitter’s loyalty program rewards you with a minimum of 10% cash-back on every purchase over $100. This cash is redeemable for future purchases on our website. To start earning cash-back, just choose to create an account when you check out (see yellow highlight in screenshot). If you have already created an account, no further action is necessary. Otherwise, you can also create an account right now by clicking the “Your account” link in the main menu of our site, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the program. However, you must be logged in to accumulate points so please be sure to create an account at checkout or login before you place your order!
How to earn and redeem points
1. Earning Points
• Basic Earning Rate:
• For every $1 you spend on purchases over $100, you earn 10 points.
• Bonus Points:
• Special Promotions: Earn additional bonus points during special promotions. (Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed!)
• Product Reviews: Receive 100 points for each product review you leave. (Scroll to the bottom of every product page to leave a review.)
• Large Orders: Get an extra 500 points for orders totaling $250 or more.
2. Accumulating Points
• Point Threshold:
• Once you’ve gathered 1,500 points, you can redeem them for a $15.00 cash discount on your next purchase.
3. Redeeming Points
• Redemption Process:
• There is a 7-day waiting period before you can use your points. This allows time to account for any returns or cancellations.
• Automatic Application:
• When you check out, you will be automatically offered the option to pay using your earned points.
• Exchange Rate:
• 100 points = $1.00
• This means you receive 10% of your purchase amount back as cash-back.
4. Example Scenario
• Spending:
• Spend $150 on a purchase.
• Points Earned:
• $150 × 10 points = 1,500 points
• Redeeming Points:
• 1,500 points can be redeemed for $15.00 off your next purchase after the 7-day waiting period.
5. Managing Your Points
• Point Accumulation:
• Points earned from purchases are added to your account once your order has been paid and shipped.
• Point Expiry:
• Unused points expire after 365 days.
• Checking Your Points:
• To view your earned or redeemed points:
1. Go to the “My Account” page.
2. From the sidebar, click on “My Cash-back Points”.
Note: Points earned while shopping online are not redeemable in our brick-and-mortar store and vice versa. Visitors to our store can participate in a similar local-store-only loyalty program. Inquire within our Red Bank, NJ store to learn more.
