Classic Cuffed Hat

Learn how to make this classic ribbed hat while learning new skills! This class will cover how to knit in the round two ways, on a 16’’ circular needle, as well as the Magic Loop Method once you knit the crown of the hat. Students will also learn how to decrease and read a basic pattern. The perfect small project to take with you wherever you go, get your needles ready!
Level: Adventurous beginner
Skills Required: how to knit and purl
Materials:
US 5 (3.75mm) 16” circular needle
US 7 (4.5mm) 16” and 40” circular needles
164-328 yards worsted weight yarn (yardage depends on hat size)
